  • Lead, motivate, mentor, grow and transform product teams of any size between 2 and 300. Setup healthy processes that will actually speed teams up (not for sake of processes at all). Develop missionary Product Leaders, not backlog executors.
  • Find the real incremental value your clients are looking for, crystallise product strategy and steer product development towards the "Big picture". However, combining it with an accommodation of immediate business needs and competitive battles left and right.
  • Align Product and Engineering teams with the Business side. My team will fill that gap between market needs, company strategy and product roadmap execution. Clients will be heard, stay and pay more. Engineers will eventually understand what and why they write that code.
  • Create, maintain and execute product roadmap your clients will be delighted to see and pay for. Measure product onboarding, engagement and adoption. Clean, restructure or widen product portfolio when required.
  • Be the voice of the company and the product at public events of any size. Speak and listen, present and prep the best team for the task. Tell the story that works.
